This Privacy Policy describes how MEGAPATA (legally registered as ERIC RIOUALEC LEFEUVRE) (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the mobile application “Picture Editor” (“the App”).
We are committed to respecting your privacy and complying with all applicable laws, including the GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and Google Play policies.
If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, please discontinue using the App.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following personal data:
No name, email address, phone number, or postal address
No biometric or health data
No contacts, calendar entries, or messages
No precise location (GPS)
No financial information
No photos or media files outside of your explicit actions
No user-generated content unless stored locally on your device
No unique advertising identifiers beyond what AdMob automatically processes
Your creative projects, imported photos, drawings, and edited images never leave your device unless you export them manually.
We only collect technical and usage data, for the sole purpose of improving the App and ensuring fair ad distribution.
We may record anonymous usage information, such as:
App usage duration
Frequency of feature usage (e.g., cropping, drawing tools)
Number of displayed ads (banner/interstitial/rewarded)
Anonymous usage events

Is anonymous
Is associated only with an internal, randomly generated installation ID
Cannot be used to identify you personally
Is used only to improve the user experience and control ad frequency
The App uses Google AdMob to display banners and interstitial ads.
AdMob may collect:
Advertising identifiers (AAID)
Device information (model, network, coarse location if allowed)
Interaction with ads

Your projects, photos, annotated images, layers, and creations are stored only on your device, inside the App’s private storage area.
We cannot access these files.
If Firebase is integrated, anonymous analytics and app performance data may be stored securely on Google’s servers.
Firebase complies with GDPR and provides strong technical protections.
We do not share user data with third parties except:
Google AdMob (ads)
Google Firebase (analytics/performance)
These services may process anonymous, device-level data per their own privacy policies.
